I am all about having helpful tools that are simple and make life more simple. The less complicated we make our daily tasks the more likely we are to make decisions that are in alignment with our highest good.

The Nourish to Flourish Meal Planner is a printable 7 day meal planner with space to make your grocery list. Plan your snacks and supplements for the week and set yourself up for success when it comes to fueling your mind, body, and inevitably soul.


Ways to work with your planner:

  1. Print off enough planners for the month and start filling in meal ideas for easy planning ahead. Store used ones in a folder so you can come back to them for ideas in the months to come.

  2. Laminate your meal planner and use a dry erase marker to make your plan and list. You can take a picture of your meal plans to save on your phone.

  3. Most people cycle through a lot of the same meals and once you get into a seasonal groove your biggest meal changes will happen as the wheel of the years turn. Cut your meal planner in half, create several ideal weeks of meals (be realistic and keep it simple). Then, only make copies of the grocery list side as your shopping needs change each week. You’ll rotate the same handful of meal plans throughout the season and cut down on paper usage.
