In this beginner friendly workshop students will have the opportunity to learn their unique Constitution (or reconfirm if you already know!) and current imbalances. We will break down each element and qualities of the doshas, learn how to 'see' the doshas in the world around us and within, and note practices that will assist in harmonizing your own unique elemental blueprint (this is how we stay healthy!)
